Annual well-women visits including PAP smear, breast exam, and screening for women at every life stage.
A well-women's exam is the foundation of long-term reproductive and preventive health. We take the time to discuss what matters most to you — family planning, menstrual health, perimenopause, bone health, or emotional well-being.

- PAP smear and pelvic exam
- Clinical breast exam
- Mammogram referral when appropriate
- Contraception counseling and management
- Menopause and perimenopause support
- Screening for sexually transmitted infections
- Bone density / osteoporosis screening when indicated
We offer the exam in a private, judgment-free environment with bilingual (English / Spanish) providers.
