Established-patient follow-up by video — ideal for medication adjustments, lab-result review, and ongoing chronic care check-ins.

For our established patients, telemedicine follow-ups are a convenient way to stay on top of your care without taking time off work or driving across town.

When a telemedicine follow-up works well:

Medication refills and dose adjustments
Blood pressure, diabetes, or weight check-ins
Reviewing recent lab results
Brief mental-health follow-ups

If we find anything that needs a physical exam, we'll get you in for an in-person visit quickly.
