2. We fax a referral packet directly to the specialist, including your history and recent labs
3. The specialist's office contacts you to schedule
4. After your visit, we coordinate with the specialist on any ongoing care plan

If your insurance requires a specific network, let us know — we'll choose a specialist in-network to minimize your out-of-pocket cost.
